Seriously, you’re body needs it from time to time. Sit back with some ice on any achy joints and just relax. Give those joints a small break.

Some herbal treatments have been shown to reduce inflammation and alleviate pain. These are definitely good in avoiding.

Whether it’s from Hydrotherapy, Acupuncture, or just a massage. All of this relaxes the body and provides much-needed relief.

Keep taking your Vitamins. It’s important that you keep providing your body the necessary tools it needs to keep everything normal or at stable levels.

  1. Get rid of Bad Foods

Focus on getting rid of foods that cause inflammation and other foods that may aggravate your arthritis. Avoid foods with refined sugar, try not to use tobacco products, and avoid alcohol when possible.
